Lamb Chops with Mojo Verde and Mango Chutney

Salt and Pepper the lamb chops and add the extra virgin olive oil to coat. Heat a non-stick pan to medium high heat. Sear the lamb chops on both sides. Mix the Mojo Verde and the mango chutney together. Top each lamb chop with mixture, add the white wine and cover the pan for 5-8 minutes. Serve immediately with a little Havana Road Pepino sauce on the side.
