Turkey Croquettes

In your food processor chunk the whole wheat crackers until smooth but a little chunky. Set aside. Mix the chunked turkey, Havana Road Mojo Verde, mayonnaise and fresh parsley. Form into bite size balls. Set aside. In a sauce pan over medium heat, add 2-3 inches of Canola oil. When oil is hot/ sizzling, add 4-6 croquettes at a time. Watch them closely, because they brown quickly. Repeat until batch is complete. Drain on a paper towel and serve immediately. Dip in Havana Road Cuban Salsa. You can also add them to a jar of Havana Road Cuban Salsa and pour over Havana Road Rice Ensalada or you favorite pasta! Buen Provecho!
